TERMS OF SERVICE
By engaging in business with Batmanholecover, you agree to the following:
Any and all invoices from Batmanholecover must be fully paid before the finalized commission will be distributed. Batmanholecover must receive the initial requested funds before any work may begin on the commission. Any and all work-in-progress material may not be distributed by the client until after completion of the commission without approval. The client may not request a refund beyond the approval of the first demo. Paypal will be used for all transactions. The commission may not be distributed until the full requested funds have been received by Batmanholecover. Violation of any of the terms of service may result in the termination of business with Batmanholecover.
Regarding payment:
Cost may vary heavily depending on the genre requested and the time it takes to complete the commission.
Most 1-2 minute songs will cost around $80.00 – $100.00 USD.
For every additional minute, ~$40.00 will be added, depending on complexity and genre.
(These estimates are entirely circumstantial, and do not necessarily reflect your commission price.)
I will give you a cost estimate before transactions or work on the song will begin. 30% of this cost must be paid before work will begin on the commission.
If I am for some reason unable to complete your commission, and the first demo has not yet been submitted, you are entitled to a full refund of the upfront payment. I may also offer a refund if I deem the submitted demo to be insubstantial enough to not warrant the upfront payment cost, and I am unable to deliver the completed commission.
